Re-roof Garage

The job is to remove the roof and internal gutter and replace it with a colour steel roof and new gutters. There is water damage in the corner of the garage and would like an appraisal of whether it needs to be repaired before re-roofing. Would like to reclad the external wall facing the neighbours as well with a better-looking material.
