Draught Stopping - Job to meet healthily home standards

I have got a healthy homes standard assessment done and I am non compliant for Draught Stopping. The report says - "The property has one or more unnecessary gaps or holes in the walls, ceiling, windows, floors resulting in noticeable draughts. The holes need to be fixed in order for the property to comply with the draught stopping standard." Quote is required to install draught seal for the windows/door in the photos.
