I live in Normandale and have a leaky garage! We moved in last year and I've been patching bits here and there that have stopped some leaks, but the weather over the past few months, especially right now, has caused major flooding. It's a renovated interior, used as an occasional bedroom, so it's a nightmare to dry out. Initially I thought it was the roof, still could be, or maybe coming from ground floor level. It comes in at the rear at floor level and, because the garage is on a slight gradient, runs towards the front. I thought it was coming through the roof, down the inside of walls, and out the bottom, but now I'm not sure. Would be great to get someone out to take a look! I have no idea of the potential cost, so the estimate could be very wrong!
