The existing rubber boot flashing around the gas chimney stack needs replacing as it seems to be leaking. Top of the flue needs removing, old flashing needs removing and then install new rubber boot flashing with sealant and screws

Caleb did a great job and would definitely use CDM again. There was a slight delay in getting the material but I was kept fully informed and he arrived on time the day the work was schedule
