Roof leak, Deck, Deck side-wall capping replacement and Cladding-crack Repairs

1. Two small leaks in ostensibly sound long-run roofing to be found and fixed. The only evidence is paint lifting on internal scotia and adjacent ceiling. 2. Fiberglass coated flat deck requires one narrow 6 m long crack sealing. 3. Solid wall on wooden deck, 16 m long, requires capping strip replaced. 4. Two 3 m vertical cracks on north-facing wall, and one 1.5 m vertical crack on south-facing wall, between exterior monolithic cladding sheets, need sealing with silicon.
