Roof damage

Hi, I'm not actually sure what job this falls under, but the issue is. In our rumpus room, a part of the roof has sunken in and started to peal, it's quite a large section, and seems to be getting worse. My belief is it may be water damage, as it does feel like it, I have checked the roof and seen no obvious signs of damage outside so unsure how its happened. With the weather getting worse, I'm worried it may fall in. Please get back to me asap if this is something you could help me with.
