I need my small bathroom renovated . Approx 2100 x 1700. Initial home, Needs New ceiling, Extractor fan installed. Wet floor installed - wet floor vinyl sheeting ?? I think its called, Old bath removed and new Freestanding Bath (I already have this) and tapware installed, New shower tapware installed. Old shower lining removed and tiles to be installed (this could be done by tiler friend) Vanity moved and new taps/plumbing added. Door changed from open - in to a sliding door (barn type not cavity). Happy to split job between contractors if necessary - ie wet floor / plumbing / and building work.
