Out door bathrrom

I need to build an outdoor self contained water proof bathroom that has a shower, toilet and sink. It does not have to be very big, maybe 2 meters by 1.7 meters and will be supplied electricity and water from the main house supply. I have a basic design drawing and a picture that resembles what I want but I am open to other designs and ideas. I also need a plumber to certify the drawing and docs to submit to council. I will supply the amenities like toilet. shower cubicle and sink. Just need the wood to be treated and the inside water proof.
