deck water proofing
Job description
an area of about 30 square meters needs a clean and a seal over existing concrete base which has developed cracks. Site is a flat deck on fourth floor with easy large lift access to the level. Products such as Taffiguard or Rhino coatings or similar giving a 10 year guarantee would work well. Work is about 2 to 3 days in total. needs a firm date for arranging access to the deck.

Contractor found a further crack in the roof and needed to revise costing. He had not been on site before tendering. However he completed the work and then some on time and within the new costing at a lowersquare meter rate. Definitely tops.
