Draught Stopping: Fix windows/doors with excessive gaps

Hi there, Our newly-acquired rental property has failed the Healthy Homes inspection due to Draught Stopping issues: "There are poorly fitted windows/doors with gaps in the Kitchen, Bathroom and right hand side Bedroom. Excessive clearances/gaps between the bottom/top/sides of the external doors in the Kitchen and Entrance/Hallway". We suspect that the Bathroom window issue is debatable, but the others probably do need to be addressed. It would be great to get these fixed soon before the tenants move in, but if necessary this could be done a little later.
