Leaky shower needs to be fixed

I have a tile shower that is about 20 yeasr old and started to leak. Leak is on the floor for sure. Leak has showed up on the other wall which is half a level down from bathroom floor. Opened up the jib and found its a concrete wall over there which was not waterproofed when the house was built. Now I need to waterproof the shower, may need replacing tiles, water proof the other side wall over the top of concrete and fix the gib board and wooden skirting. Please come have a look so that you can recommend on possible solutions and cost.
