Prepare waterproofing and tile base for Lockwood cottage shower with window

We are purchasing a lifestyle block in Rukuhia with a relocated one-bedroom Lockwood cottage being renovated. Attached photo shows shower area. Wall to the left is to be reinstated either with the original Lockwood boards and/or Gib. Shower base can be removed. We have been advised to tile because of the window. We have a friend who is able to do the tiling. We need someone to prepare the area for the shower and tiling, including perhaps forming the tile base. We intend to tile to the ceiling, including around the window. The shower area is 960 x 960, so we are unsure if we can purchase a tile base that size or just need to have it actually tiled. Your thoughts, advice, quote on work, etc. would be much appreciated. Work can not be done until after lockdown and council has signed off on shower plumbing (cancelled due to lockdown). Would like someone who is licensed to provide the producer statement for Waipa District Council.
