Window rain leak, on carpet, 2nd story

Hi there, Need some help investigating and waterproofing a leak we have in a bedroom on upper story of our house. Perhaps a better seal required? At this stage, believe it is coming through the window framing from the heavy rain in hamilton the past few weeks? We've checked the roof and the crawlspace and that appears dry. Appreciate any help and quotes Cheers Rick
