SOFFIT LEAKING THROUGH
Job description
Following recent rain we need to water proof or fix an area where we have got water beginning to drip through from tile patio area. No sure on approach about 10m2 of area maybe a little more. About three sheets of 4.5 - 5.00 mm hardieflex. 3 x 3 m x 1.2m sheets approx. Photos show roof that only just started to leak with the latest storm. We will roof over the area then replace soffit etc. Would like this pre painted before installation to make it easier. Have large dry garage areas for painting.
