Basement damp proofing

The house was built in 1970s with a block work basement which is now damp inside as a result of the waterproofing failing. It's about 2m below ground and all along the back of the house about 20m long. We require it to be dug out and drainage installed as well as re- waterproofing the block wall. covering with polystyrene then backing up with scoria and refilling.
