Fixed Deck

Hi some years ago, about 2001, we waterproofed the deck over our garage at Kowhai Drive, Coromandel. Because we subsequently laid tiles over the membrane, a series of leaks have occurred. I'm told the best cure is to rip up the tiles and re-waterproof. Could you give us an estimate redo the waterproofing? Total area of the deck is about 40 square metres. I'll remove the existing tiles and the fibro cladding from the sides of the deck. I've attached photos and a sketch of the deck.
