Roof Repair / Ceiling Repair

Hi, We have a leak. Two story concrete block house with a concrete block lean-to off to the side. Water has come through the raftered roof above the lean-to with the latest storm. We need the roof flashing or roof repaired (I assume this is where it is coming through) and the water damaged ceiling replaced and repaired. Paint has bubbled and GIB is soaking. Insurance company needs a quote to repair. Once approved we can get the work carried out. Thanks Nick
