Get rid of dampness in apartment
Job description
Dampness in an apartment unit (downstairs). Location where floor meets the wall - Inside wardrobe main corner bedroom Investigated by examiner and full report + photos completed. I need to get this resolved. NB: I am head of the body corporate and this is on behalf of the unit owner.

This was a difficult job that involved resealing two tilt slabs in 2 ground level apartments of a two story block. Ground to be excavated back to reveal a bad initial repair job done by EQC. Tim kept me up to date & we discussed the options all the way through. By doing a proper re-sealing job Tim's work has returned the full integrity of a 24 block of apartments. I am happy to recommend Tim He will be the first person I'd call if any of our other units have a similar dampness/leakage problem.
