Tiled shower leaking, not entirely sure where it's originating from however we have ruled out the plumbing fixtures already by getting a plumber to check tapeware etc. grouting and silicone all look intact with no noticeable cracks. I was hoping to have this wet area waterproofed as a first option prior to removing any tiles! House is approx 8 years old.
