Wet floor bathroom

My dad has recently had a stroke and we need to have the bathroom changed so he is able to come home to mum. The bathroom is approx 2.10 mtrs by 2.40 mtrs. There is existing basin in cabinet, toilet & chub shower. This will be gutted (except the toilet) before you start. The work needed is for the area to be able to have awet shower, install a wall hung basin, & small cabinets on the wall. Wanting the area to be in non slip vinyl NB: looking at the lower end of this price bracket.
