Leaking roof/balcony

We have a leak which is coming into a ceiling, it appears to be coming from a small upstairs balcony. We have resealed the flashings and unfortunately it hasn't fixed the problem. Part 1 of job - is to isolate and repair the exterior leak. Part 2 of the job is to repair the internal ceiling where the water has damaged the gib. We would like this done as soon as possible.
