Make roof weather tight QUALIFIED ROOFER PLEASE

P. S this job has the potential to need a complete re roof in the future. Hi there I have a metal decrimatic roof that has a small leak in one spot but also needs some touching up, most probably all that is needed is some silicon and a hammer to knock down a couple of nails. This property has just been sold and part of the condition of sale is the roof must be made weather tight. Even tho it should be a fairly basic job I need it done by a qualified roofer so if the purchasers lawyer says anything I can say it was done professionally. Happy to pay a little more for a qualified tradesmen. This roof and all of the roofs in this 5 unit property are getting very tired and will probably need replacing on the next 5 years. Happy to forward the tradesmen details who does this job to the body Corp so a good chance you will get a large job in the future. Cheers, Steve. ---
