Replace sealants in showers and tiled decks

I have a monolithic house. The sealants on the tiled decks need replacing where the tiles meet the walls and possibly around the base of the plastered pillar. The sealants and maybe grout needs replacing or upgrading in the 3 bathrooms. All are tiled. Mostly it's the tiles on the floor but the tiled walls needs some work done too. Most days of the week we can have someone home as long as we know ahead of time.
