Glass shower door sticking/not closing

Glass shower door is sticking which means it cannot close properly, and if it does close, very difficult to pull open and scratches the base of door frame. I have tried tightening the screws but they’re already tight so I think the hinges need to loosened, door adjusted and then re-tightened. Appreciate any time to assist as most showers leave puddles on the floor.
