Screen to prevent leakage from shower/bath

We've got a shower in a bathtub (upstairs bathroom) at our rental property which currently uses a curtain to stop water leaking, but its difficult to make sure tenants use this properly and over a long time it has caused a leak to the ground floor. I'm thinking to add a ~1 metre glass screen to the bathtub to prevent leaking, but open to suggestions from a good tradesman. Job is in Peary Road, Mount Eden
