Window joint and seal replacement

A 3 bedroom home in Clover Park, Auckland (the location drop down menu didn't have specific locations for the wider South Auckland region) in which all the windows need new seal replacement and new window joints. There are approximately about 15 or so windows in the house (but actually might be more if I'm counting all the windows incorrectly). The garage windows also need replacing.
