Leaking Shower - requires waterproofing and repairs to surrounding shower unit.

There appears to be water damage surrounding the lower area of our shower unit in our currently vacant rental property. This may be a small waterproofing job with small repairs to the surrounding gib board/plasterboard- or could end up needing the whole shower to be removed/replaced.
