was not happy with the workmanship in general, asked Bob to attend an issue after he finished but he never showed up

"10 days after job was finished and accepted, customer informed me about the trim.
Made provisional arrangement for the weekend and had completely forgot to call, but had called the next weekend with intention to apologize and ask if we can make new arrangement.
Called twice - no reply.
This review is not the mirror of our work and it is fortunate that we have other reviews,
so our potential customers can still use our services with confidence.
