Shower wall leak

The silicone sealant along bottom of glass wall and Formica wall seems to have a leak as the gib on outside and skirting has become wet. A piece of gib needs replacing , sealing , stopping and painting and the silicon seal in shower needs redoing. It needs fixing ASAP! Before water can spread further and do more damage.
