Crack/hole in shower box wall

There is a crack at the top of the wall panel and a small hole towards the bottom (see images). My concern is the potential for water to leak through which would in turn result in larger issues. This has occurred within the past 2 months and while the cracks/holes are very small - I want to get ahead of this and repair the hole/cracks before it gets worse.
