Peary Road Leaking Shower

We've got a shower/bath (~1988) which seems to have been slowly leaking water into the floor and wall for some time. Mr Plumber has confirmed the shower head seems ok, and we don't think it is the drainage pipe because when using the bath tap there is no leak; but rather the tiles or seals around the shower are old and not water tight causing a slow leak of water. The surrounding particle board floor needs replacing and we also wish to stop the leaking; possibly by replacing/fixing the tiles.
