We have a 1916 house that has had numerous reno jobs including adding rooms downstairs. With the heavy rain we have had, a leak has developed in one of the downstairs room through the concrete. Not sure where the water is coming from. I need someone to come in and find the source of the leak and provide a solution to fixing it permanently. I have started by removing the gib but still have no idea.
