Flood damage
Job description
After flooding caused by heavy rains a few days ago, we spotted a leak in one of our wardrobes on the ground floor. As the wall joins to a retaining [outside] wall, it is hard for us to guess how the water gets into the house, therefore we can not provide more details. We would appreciate if you could help us to identify and repair the cause of the problem. Would you be able to come to our place for an assessment of the work and the likely budget required?

The job didn't go through, but communication was great and Steve kept us informed at all steps. Unfortunately, our insurance made its own decision and proceeded with another supplier. I'd recommend Steve with no hesitation. Thank you!
