Blockwork Herne Bay

Waterproofing for a 1960s townhouse has failed, and the block work on one exterior wall needs to be repaired, the waterproofing replaced and the block work reinstated. At the moment the block work is right up against dirt, so that needs to be replaced with a barrier of scoria, and the soil reinstated. We also have an area of broken asphalt around a drain and this needs to be re-laid to drain away properly. This job is for a body corporate and requires an experienced LBP and previous experience of similar situations would be preferable.
