This is for a unit that is behind the main house. There is a bathroom with a bedroom right next to it. It seems that whenever there is heavy rain, the carpet in the bedroom next to the bathroom gets wet. Tenant reckons its the rain but have checked roof etc and it is NOT coming from the there. Tenant also said the shower seems to get blocked up sporadically. I have shown this to a builder and he suspects waterwater is backflowing under the Shower Unit and is seeping into the room next to the bathroom causing the wall damage and carpet getting wet. He reckons the shower unit needs to be taken out and then plumbing checked underneath. He won't have the time to complete this job though hence i am putting it here. Need a quote - ideally: 1. Fix this leak/water issue. 2. Replace damaged wall / portion of wall (whatever the call is) 3. Replace carpet. Priority is to fix the leak so if you cannot do the wall or carpet, no issues - I can get that done separately. Please see pictures and ask me any questions.
