A leak has developed in our roof somewhere and is dripping into the kitchen on rainy days. A friend said it needs flashing. Check photos.

No problem with workmanship but I really should have hired a roofer because their work didn't fix the problem because the problem wasn't correctly identified. The "proper fix" was MUCH more complicated and ended up costing over $3,000. The guy who did it was a fountain of knowledge about what was wrong. So if you know what you need these guys are good and cost effective in my opinion but a proper assessment by an expert first might be a good idea for tricky problems.
