Balcony has tiles loose and they need to be removed and the surface underneath needs cleaning and then waterproofed with Crommelin Exterior Grade Brushable Waterproofer - two coats and it will be the final surface. No tiles will be then installed. Hotel in central Auckland - if this balcony is done well they will hand over their other balconies to be done spread over the next year.
Only issue is that it must be done urgently.
