Internal downpipe in roof cavity has already been waterproofed and sealed. Unfortunately a new leak has occurred / appeared. Unsure of where exactly in the roof cavity. But the timber beams are wet and blackened. Roofer did inspect and suspects that the beams need to be thoroughly cleaned and treated with butynol - waterproofed / sealed.
