En suite has been stripped to the particle board (which will be patched and tidy before this work happens). Now we need a waterproof membrane laid and floor tiling (having chosen/purchased tiles yet so to be discussed). Area is approx. 2m x 3m. Ideally this happens within next 2 weeks
