Please note this work wouldn't start until we are in more sunnier months - quote to be itemised out per below. Only qualified waterproofing experts please. NB: I'll only be able to do these one at a time.
- Main estimate is to apply waterproof protectant (in form of a paint) to the block first story of a small unit. There already appears to be a paint applied however it's chipping in places
- Creating a waterproof barrier on an external 2nd floor patio (jib). It is protected from the elements from above however not when the wind blows the rain in from the side. It was newly painted last year however the cracks between the jib don't appear to have been sealed.
- Protect bathroom from internal water damage. A new extractor fan has been installed however so far it doesn't seem to be doing the job and an additional protection could be required
