Hey all, We have a deck on the second story of our house. When it rains sometimes water gets through. We’ve had people round previously to take a look at it and they’ve said that waterproof membrane is likely at the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced. In short, we need someone to: 1. Remove the decking as shown in the picture (this unscrews and locks together so should not be as big a big task as it sounds) 2. Put down a waterproof layer. 3. Replace the decking again. You’ll see on the photos that we have an extractor fan for a heat pump on the decking as well. We’ll need to get that moved but we can do that ourselves. It’s worth pointing out that we were hoping to leave the glass panel in place while the repairs are being carried out so we don’t have to get scaffolding etc. It’s also worth noting that the leak is coming in from a very small area. Once you get in there you may find that it can just be patched up but I suspect it would be a more permanent fix if we just replaced the membrain. Please let me know if you’re interested. Kind regards Anthony

"I highly recommend Nas and his team. His communication was excellent, they did the work quickly and the workmanship was really first class. He also managed the job to budget which was really appreciated. We are really happy with it all!"
