Electrician required - Sewage pump electrical issue

We require a sparky with experience in solving electrical issues associated with sewage pumps. Our pump only works when it is switched on at the switch box. The in tank float level warning system does not work, and the overflow alarm (bell) in the house needs modernizing. We would like to have a functioning, automated pumping system.
