Our concrete block garage is built into a bank. When it rains, water comes through the wall and pools on the garage floor. We would like a drain installed along the side of the garage so that water coming down the wall runs out of the garage and down the hill. The garage is approx 6m long.
There is a sleepout on top of the garage so we don't want to cut into the concrete floor (apart from one section which will need a sub-floor section). Rather, the guttering/drain should be built up at the back of the garage so that it slopes downwards towards the door .
