Hi
I have a rental property where the subfloor seems more damp than it has in previous years (had the property for 12 years). I'd like to discuss possible causes and solutions with someone experienced in subfloor dampness.
I'm happy to pay an hourly fee for someone to come onsite and do a visual inspection and discuss it - let me know your fee in your reply.
