Drainlaying or Drain Repair

Hi, I have an underground broken outdoor pipe (presume this is a stormwater) in Glen Eden. I am looking for this to be repaired or replaced. I have had a company there for unblocking and the camera revealed where the break is - this should be marked on the grass. Access to the pipe is easy, over the lawn and presumably not very deep. Some water is already pooling on the section so will be looking to have this tended to ASAP.

Move the toilet drain 10 cm

The house is 5 years old, brick veneer on a concrete slab. I want to replace the toilet on the ground floor with an American-style one. The new toilet requires the drain flange at 12” (30.5 cm) from the wall. The current drain is about 20cm from the wall. I would like to have the new flange installed as per the attached picture. I am thinking about cutting out a piece of concrete around the current drain, installing the flange, and cementing the hole, similar to --- . Another option coul...

Leakage from Kitchen sink

Over the past month or so I noticed a slight blockage in the kitchen drainage system. I have now noticed that there is quite a lot of wager that has been leaking from the kitchen drain pipes to under the house. I suspect this must be caused due to the kitchen drain being blocked. I would like this sorted out at the earliest. If you are reasonably priced and good at what you do, I'd like to hear from you. Thanks. Ryan.

Unblock drain

Drain at the front of the property has been blocked for some time. Our sinks slowly empty to the drain so some water must get through but easier to see in person. May or may not empty into septic tank which will be emptied by Auckland City Council during April.
