Rain-water tank installation in paddock

I'd like to install a 5,000 litre water tank in a paddock, and set up rain water collection from overflow from the adjacent house. I need a quote for a funding application today, basically with an estimate of the number of hours and charge per hour. The work is for a Social Enterprise, and you'd be doing a good deed. :) Just looked at further detail in the funding application, and there's HEAPS more paperwork needed than I realised, so will go with next funding round in March, and spend some time gathering the information. I'll check this again in a week or so, once I know I have other stakeholders engages. I may remove this ad if the project seems too difficult.
