Tree root removal & internal inspection

I have a tree roots growing into the septic tank. The tank has been drained as much as possible but now requires a suitably experienced and properly equiped person to enter the septic and cut up and remove the tree roots that have grown inside and take pictures once complete. The septic tank is not large and entry is via service covers for each chamber. Probably 3-4 hours work.
