Unblock drain to soak pit

Hi, I have a roof downpipe into a clay pipe just above ground level, the clay pipe is blocked with soot & leaves. Given that it goes into a soak pit under the front lawn, I assume the soot & leaves need to be extracted out, rather than pushed further down. I'm after someone who has experience & the appropriate tools at tackling this job. If you can't provide a quote, then an indication of how much you could generally achieve within the first hour (i.e. extracting 3 metres of blockage, if was blocked that much) & a price for that first hour.
