Sess pit, trench to storm water

We have a retaining wall that is in consent.
We wanted to connect it to storm water but pipes are old and broken.
We need a connection from our drains which come off the roof, and a connection for the retaining wall into a sess pit. These both need to go to the the storm water at the boundary via a trench that will be about 20m long and is unobstructed across lawn.
We need this sorted asap please.
