The drainage from our roof is blocked and due to one significant blockage (former tree root) and one grass root blockage, water from our roof which entirely goes down two pipes at the front corners of our property, is prevented from exiting to the street. As shown on the first photo the down pipes enter a drain which is very shallow out to the street. We had a camera in there last year and two blockages were found and resolved but it has re-blocked. So we are looking for a qualified professional who can help resolve this with a long term solution, which would likely be to dig up and address the blockages. The house is built in 1972 in Hillcrest so has pipes from that era. The pipe themselves are shallow as you can see probably sitting not more than a foot under the ground at the deepest part. From the house the lawn slopes upwards at a slight angle to the fence where it is then down again to the road. Also as you can see where the pipe outlets to the road it is broken and needs to be repaired. Do you have experience with this kind of work and if so let us know briefly what you think as we would like to solve this longer term.
